1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products offered through StudentHousingSurvivalGuideNL.com (the “Course”).
DPA Holland operates the website and provides the course content.
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection.
By purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Description
The Course provides digital educational content designed to help internationals coming to the Netherlands to study or work — such as international students and young working professionals from abroad — as well as Dutch first-time renters, better understand and prepare for the Dutch rental market.
No physical goods are delivered. Access is provided immediately after successful payment.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed via Lemon Squeezy.
4. Access, Use, Device Limit & Content Sharing
Each purchase grants 3 months of unlimited access and is limited to 2 activations. An activation is registered per unique device/browser/IP combination.
We recommend using one laptop and one mobile device and staying on the same browser per device. If you change browsers or clear cookies, your device may be counted as a new activation.

Small resets are granted case-by-case.Please note: access is personal and non-transferable.
Sharing your download link or files with others is not permitted.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell the content.
We reserve the right to suspend access in case of suspected abuse, sharing, or fraudulent use.
5. Withdrawal / Refund Policy
By purchasing and receiving immediate access to the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once access has started.

The Course is created with care, but no guarantee is given for completeness, accuracy, or results. Student Housing Survival Guide NL is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Course.

All course materials (text, visuals, structure, branding) are the property of DPA Holland. Any reproduction, sharing, or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data are processed according to our Privacy Policy and Lemon Squeezy’s privacy practices.
9. Marketing Communications
After your purchase, we may occasionally contact you by email with course-related updates, guidance content, and information directly connected to your purchase.
Where permitted, we may also send limited related offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
